The Charter Standard defines requirements for:

Codes of conduct for coaches/managers, players, officials and parents/spectators. Defining what is required for Fair Play, Equal opportunity, Respect, Behaviour and expectations. Formal football coaching training for The coaches, managers and volunteers
What does this mean for our club?
We want to provide a safe and high quality experience of playing football from the moment a player joins our club. The FA Charter defines what we need to do to achieve this. We have Codes of Conduct, Disciplinary Procedure and a club Development Plan. By following the requirements of the Charter we have put in place people, processes and actions to ensure we can provide a high standard for players and their families. All of this will help ensure the future growth of our club.
We now have 20 qualified LEVEL 1 and 2 level II coaches running teams from u8 through to u18`s and Men's teams.
